Rebekah Lloyd is an expert in women’s health and femtech commercialization, with a career spanning over a decade in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Her journey into the sector was shaped by her own personal experience—a 10-year delayed endometriosis diagnosis while living with chronic pain. This experience, coupled with her extensive background in launching and growing global healthcare brands, inspired her to create Rela. Recognizing the need for accessible commercialization expertise in women’s health, Rebekah founded Rela to fill the gap and offer vital support to innovators in the field.

Through Rela, Rebekah supports a wide range of organizations in the women’s health sector, from university spin-outs to femtech and healthtech accelerators. As the first and only Women’s Health Expert-in-Residence at Imperial College London’s Enterprise Lab, she works closely with founders, teams, and healthcare agencies to drive innovation. Her role as an advisor for the NHS Health Innovation Network’s Accelerating Femtech program further solidifies her position as a leader in the space, helping to nurture groundbreaking solutions in women’s health.

Beyond consulting, Rebekah is deeply involved in advancing women’s health through various initiatives. She has provided evidence for the 2023/24 UK Government Women’s Health Inquiry and hosted the first-of-its-kind international Future of Women’s Health conference. Additionally, she serves as an advisor for the University of Oxford’s ENDEAR Endometriosis Study. A passionate advocate for the future of women’s health, Rebekah has been featured in global media outlets such as The Guardian, BBC, and Nasdaq. Her leadership has earned her a spot on the Women of Wearables Top 200 list for trailblazing leaders in women’s health and femtech.
