Parin Chheda

Parin is a Vice President at WalkWater Talent and a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs and senior leadership of Indian and multinational organizations on aspects of leadership search, succession planning, employer branding and leadership capability building across Industrial, Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure sectors. With over 15 years of experience in retained executive search and corporate HR, Parin offers deep insights into leadership needs for complex, scale-driven organizations.

He has completed over 200 high-impact leadership searches, with a strong track record in Fiduciary and Advisory Board Directors, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, Procurement and Manufacturing Officers, Site Leadership, Business Leadership and Functional Leadership roles across India, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Previously, Parin contributed to EMA Partners’ Industrial and Consumer practices in India, APAC and Middle East. At Reliance Industries Ltd, he supported leadership capability building in high-growth areas like Consumer, Digital, Retail, Jio, Media, and New Energy, while strengthening pipelines during transformation and growth phases across the group businesses. His experience includes a stint with Larsen & Toubro’s Chairman’s Office anchoring group level internal and external succession programs. He started his career with a reputed European origin retained executive search firm.

Parin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai and MBA in General Management & Human Resources from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management.
